This Privacy Policy does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement. That information is governed by the agreement with the client.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. Your message may include other details you choose to share, such as your company name, job title, website, or advertising budget. If you reply to our emails or speak with us on a call, we also keep a record of those communications.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically receives and logs standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, the referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and fix errors.

Information from third parties

If you book a call with us through our scheduling provider (Calendly), we receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, the time you selected, and any answers you give.

We do not request sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

We will not use your information for purposes that are materially different from these without telling you first.

3. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as described below:

No sale and no sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

4. Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for those purposes. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through the Site.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across third-party websites, it does not change its behavior when it receives this signal.

Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. If this changes, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before we start using them.

5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. The Site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted information is limited to people who need it to do their work. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the information you provide for verification only to verify your request. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days where the law allows.

If we decline your request, you can appeal our decision. Reply to our decision, or use the contact form and start your message with "Privacy Appeal." We will answer within the time required by the law of your state and explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General.
